Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data safe?

Yes. TrackVolt stores your logs locally on your device by default. If you enable Cloud Sync, synced data is stored in Firebase under your account. If you use AI features, the selected text or images for that request are routed through TrackVolt's Firebase-hosted backend and processed by Google's Gemini service. TrackVolt also sends anonymous product analytics events to Firebase Analytics to improve the app.

How do I back up my data?

Use Settings to export a full TrackVolt JSON backup any time, including cycle data stored locally on your device. If you enable Cloud Sync, your supported sync data is also backed up to Firebase under your account. You can still export individual workouts as share cards or TCX files when needed.

How do I delete my data?

To remove synced cloud data, complete TrackVolt account deletion from Settings. To remove on-device data completely, export anything you want to keep first, then delete the app from your device.

Which devices are supported?

TrackVolt is built for iPhone. The website exists to direct you to the App Store and provide legal and support information. Android support is planned later.

Is TrackVolt free?

TrackVolt includes a free core experience. TrackVolt Pro unlocks AI tools, deeper analytics, and premium planning features.
